Othering is EXHAUSTING, but BELONGING is INTENTIONAL

I never anticipated the extent to which the Rockstar Woman Community would evolve as a space of racial healing + intergenerational connection.

What I did know: The chronic othering I felt in spaces claiming to be designed by and for women was EXHAUSTING!

The journey to build a space where I no longer felt visibly invisible has evolved into a growing + thriving multiracial, multiethnic, multigenerational mosaic.

Now I ponder, How do we continue to evolve as a community that creates space for fellow Rockstars to be seen, heard, and valued with no armor and code-switching needed?

Gathering to discuss and read Kim Dabbs’ book in this season of collectively doing life + leadership together is significant.

I am excited to witness all of the ways we will continue to evolve as a model, mirror, and window of what is possible when we embody a “You BELONG Here” way of leading, loving, and serving.

Register for the May Soar Session today + here!

The May gift includes a copy of Kim’s book and branded Rockstar Woman x Starbucks gift card!

Ever growing with and in service of YOU!

xoxo
